What We’re Looking For:We are searching for a Co-Founder Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) who has a profound scientific background, ideally holding a PhD in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field. The ideal candidate must be passionate about healthcare innovation, specifically in cancer therapeutics, and committed to leading groundbreaking advancements. This role is crucial for setting the company’s scientific vision and ensuring that the product pipeline is aligned with market needs and our ambitious mission.

Key Qualifications:Educational Background:PhD in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.Postdoctoral or equivalent research experience, particularly in oncology or targeted therapeutics.Experience:5 Years of proven track record of leading cutting-edge scientific research, particularly in cancer biology, immunotherapy, or targeted therapies.Experience in advancing scientific products from discovery through preclinical and clinical stages.Prior experience in a startup or entrepreneurial setting is a strong advantage.Technical Expertise:Proficiency in synthetic biology, molecular engineering, and/or nanotechnology.Knowledge of aptamer-based or next-generation therapeutics technologies.Familiarity with the regulatory environment for biotech products, especially in oncology.Leadership and Team Building:Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of researchers and scientists.Experience in building and managing a high-performance R&D team.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on fostering innovation and collaboration.Entrepreneurial Mindset:Passion for entrepreneurship and an ability to thrive in the dynamic atmosphere of a deep-tech startup.Ability to balance scientific rigor with strategic business thinking, aligning efforts with broader company goals.Comfort with uncertainty, risk-taking, and rapid decision-making based on data and evolving market feedback.Drive and Commitment:High energy, resilience, and motivation to drive transformative developments in cancer therapeutics.A shared dedication to our mission of revolutionizing cancer care.
