Overview:
Job Description:
  • Develops and implements SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
  • Conducts keyword research and on-page optimization to enhance website ranking.
  • Builds high-quality backlinks through outreach and content promotion.
  • Monitors website performance using SEO tools and provides recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement a social media content strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals.
  • Manage company's social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and help management respond promptly to inquiries and feedback
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high value, relevant search terms for Aezion's target audience and industry.
  • Increase in search rankings for target keywords within the industry.
  • Develop and refine an SEO strategy that aligns with Aezion's content and marketing objectives to enhance visibility for competitive keywords.
  • High rankings for competitive keywords, Improved clickthrough rates (CTR) on search engine results pages.
  • Optimize onpage content, including metadata, headers, image alt tags, and internal links, to improve search engine rankings and relevance.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure all published content adheres to SEO best practices and targets strategic keywords.
  • Increase in organic traffic to the website, Increase in site health and performance metrics (e.g., load time, mobile usability).
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, page speed optimization, mobile friendliness, and XML sitemaps.
  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented across the site structure.
  • Track and analyze organic performance metrics (e.g., traffic, rankings, bounce rate), engagement metrics (e.g., lower bounce rate, higher time on page) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to continuously improve SEO outcomes.
