Location --Andheri (East)

Designation --Sr.Ops Executive / Operations Manager

Job Description:

  • Knowledge of SEBI/AMFI regulations/guidelines Servicing distributors across India
  • Manage end-to-end distribution business operations with includes Mutual Fund, IPO, Bonds, Insurance etc.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders/projects on KYC need
  • Onboarding new clients (KYC, account opening and order processing) and ensure responses to customer queries are as per the defined TAT
  • Coordinate end-to-end query resolution with multiple entities such as RTA, Payment Gateway Partners, AMCs, and customers.
  • Identify the issues/bugs in any processing application and get the same resolved with responsible teams
  • Mutual Fund AUM Reconciliation and other MIS
  • Continuously update knowledge on various product offering/process and regulatory changes and stay ahead of the curve for quick resolutions
  • Maintain positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times

Knowledge, Skills and Expertise


• 2+ years of expertise in mutual fund operations at a financial service or wealth management business is mandatory. Experience with a Fintech company will be a plus.


• Understanding of SEBI Regulations and AMFI guidelines


• Effective knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


• Strong on analytics and problem-solving skills.
