Customer Success - Oracle HCM Instructor / Consultant
As a member of Oracle Customer Success,you will join a team of SMEs charged with supporting Oracle University’s Fusion Applications Technology training content. You will participate in the recording, delivery, creation and sale of Oracle University (OU) training assets including but not limited to the Cloud Learning Subscriptions, Live Training Sessions, Certification, and content.
The Customer Success - Oracle HCM Instructor / Consultant is a self-motivated professional who uses their expertise to support OU products, curate online subscription material, teach, develop, and record training content. The applicant must be eager to learn technology to support and deliver training using modern learning techniques while working in a fast-paced market and environment.
Oracle University is a global business that educates customers, partners and employees on all of Oracle Cloud services including all of SaaS and OCI. The team offers training via digital subscriptions built on a modern platform that offers knowledge checks, skill paths, gamification and live analytics on learner progress. The organization also teaches live private events featuring cloud content and hands on labs to practice on live cloud environments.

Fast Formula Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) Reporting and Analytics Workforce AnalyticsThe Principal Consultant/Instructor is responsible for the success of their assigned Oracle learning management/training event and committed to outstanding customer service. They are expected to develop plans for continuous personal and professional growth. The Principal Consultant/Instructor is expected to master new services, technology and internal processes shortly after their implementation. Manage aspects of the customer event (. instruction, application implementation, environment, setup to ensure success. Produce quality work you're doing on a project (. assessments, communication, curriculum development, Tutor, eLearning). Ability to teach new technical material and/or implement new Oracle Applications modules with minimal preparation time. Review methods, processes, training materials and/or project implementation plans. Identify weak areas and suggest methods for improvement. Meet utilization targets. Travel as needed.
