The eligibility criteria for all the profiles are mentioned below:-

Minimum 1 year of International BPO Experience.

· It would help if you had the designation TL on paper. (Minimum 12 months on paper is mandatory)

· The span of control is Min Associates).

· Operational knowledge - Healthcare (this experience is not mandatory but can be preferable) + Internal voice experience will work, Attrition, Shrinkage, CSAT, AHT, NPS, FCR, Quality, Delivery, SLA

· Comfortable for 24X7 shifts.

· Excellent Communication skills.

· Budget for TL LPA (hike 20 %-25%)

· Immediate joiner or 10-day notice period.

  • Working days- 5 days, rotational two off

Sharing some tentative guidelines for Noida Transport. As of now we can share in general details that for Noida site :-
Gurgaon - Complete Gurgaon is in Non hiring zone
Noida - Sec 1 to Sec 62 is in hiring zone
Greater Noida - All sectors, Alpha, gama, knowledge park, omicron, PI phase, Delta, MU2, XU2 - In hiring zone
Ghaziabad - Loni, Raj Nagar, Jawahar Nagar, Nehru Nagar, Govind Town, Gagan Vihar, Sahibabad, Vaishali, Indirapuram, Nyay Khand, Niti Khand are in the hiring zone.

Note : Candidates' complete current address will also be checked individually with the transport team before aligning for interview.

Also, PFA the hiring and non-hiring zone sheet for Gurugram location.

Please note : We have cab service running from 7pm to 7am and if the shift falls under that timezone, then the cab services would be provided.

Shifts and week-offs are rotational.
