Role Description :

- This is a remote contract role for a SAP Success factors professional.

-The SAP Success factors professional will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with implementing and maintaining SAP Success Factors systems and modules Working Hours: 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM (IST).

About the Role :

- Join us in shaping the future of human capital management We're seeking a Success Factors Succession & Development Consultant to design, implement, and support solutions for HCM processes using SAP Success Factors.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Design, implement, and support solutions for HCM processes.

- Conduct requirements sessions with clients.

- Validate configurations and execute data migration.

- Provide post-implementation support and training.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of SAP Success factors Succession module experience.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Agile methodologies experience preferred.

- Experience in SAP Success Factors configuration and tuning.

- Good knowledge of various SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Learning Management, Succession Planning, and Recruitment.

- Experience in integrating SAP Success Factors with external systems.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
