Job Title: Freelance SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Consultant

Job Description:

As a Freelance SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a key role in the integration and implementation of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors in conjunction with S/4 Hana. This role specifically supports clients within the UK higher education sector, aiming to enhance their HR processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation and configuration of modules within SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and S/4 Hana, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Lead sessions to gather requirements and map client business needs to functionalities within SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and S/4 Hana.
  • Design, customize, and optimize HR processes and structures based on specific project requirements, particularly focusing on the unique needs of the UK higher education sector.
  • Provide training and support to users, ensuring smooth adoption and functional performance of new systems.
  • Conduct thorough integration testing and facilitate data migration from legacy systems to SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and S/4 Hana platforms.
  • Collaborate with other consultants to ensure seamless integration across various systems and modules.
  • Document all configurations, modifications, and maintenance procedures related to the systems implemented.
  • Keep abreast of updates and new technologies within SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and S/4 Hana to enhance system functionality and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, with specific experience in S/4 Hana implementations.
  • Proven track record of successful implementation of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and S/4 Hana in a freelance or consulting capacity.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, payroll, benefits, and compliance frameworks within the UK higher education sector.
  • SAP certifications in HCM, SuccessFactors, and S/4 Hana are highly advantageous.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple project timelines effectively.
