Roles & Responsibilities :


- Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes related to finance and controlling.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization using SAP FICO solutions.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.

SAP FICO Implementation :

- Lead and participate in SAP FICO implementation projects from conception to completion.

- Customize and enhance SAP FICO functionalities to align with client-specific business processes and requirements.

Master Data Management :

- Define and implement master data management strategies within SAP FICO, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

- Configure and maintain master data elements such as chart of accounts, cost centers, profit centers, and cost elements.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, finance teams, IT professionals, and senior management.

- Communicate effectively to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address issues or concerns.

SAP SuccessFactors Integration (Optional) :

- Utilize knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central to facilitate integration with SAP FICO for seamless HR and finance processes.

- Configure integration points and data mappings between SuccessFactors and SAP FICO modules.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Experience in consulting and implementing SAP FICO solutions, including configuration, customization, and optimization.

- Proficiency in master data management within SAP FICO, ensuring data quality and consistency.

- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus, but not required.
