We’re seeking a talented Salon Manager to lead our passionate team and ensure an outstanding guest experience.Job SummaryThe Salon Manager will oversee all aspects of salon operations, including staff management, scheduling, budgeting, marketing, and customer relations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of beauty and salon services.Key Responsibilities• Manage daily salon operations and ensure efficiency• Supervise, train, and motivate staff (hairstylists, beauticians, receptionists, etc.)• Monitor salon cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards• Handle client concerns, ensuring excellent customer service• Oversee inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships• Create staff schedules and manage payroll• Develop promotional campaigns to increase clientele and revenue• Track financial performance, including revenue and expenses• Stay updated with beauty trends, new technologies, and servicesRequirements• Proven work experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar leadership role• Knowledge of salon operations, products, and services• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Strong leadership and time-management ability• Customer service orientation with problem-solving skills• Basic understanding of budgeting and business management• Digital Marketing skills and experience with social media management• Valid cosmetology or beauty license (preferred)• High school diploma required; degree in Business Administration or  Cosmetology preferredBenefits• Competitive base salary plus commission and performance bonuses• Flexible working hours• Opportunities for professional training and development• Employee discounts on salon services/products• Supportive and creative work environment
