We're on the hunt for an exceptionally talented Meta Ads Scientist cum Digital Marketing

Specialist. This hybrid role requires someone with a keen analytical mind who can navigate the

complex world of ad metrics and algorithms while developing and executing comprehensive

digital marketing strategies. If you thrive on data-driven decisions and have a passion for creating

Key Responsibilities:

 Design, implement, and optimize advanced Meta ad campaigns using data-driven

methodologies.

 Utilize machine learning algorithms to enhance ad targeting and performance.

 Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for

campaign improvement.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing

strategies and objectives.

 Develop and test innovative ad creatives to maximize engagement and conversions.

 Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that integrate social media, SEO, email

marketing, and content marketing.

 Continuously explore new strategies and techniques to stay ahead of industry trends.

Your Impact:

 Implement on how to increase click through rate (CTR) on Meta Ads.

 Implement on how to decrease cost per acquisition (CPA) while maintaining or increasing

conversion rates.

 Achieve a return on ad spend (ROAS) target on Meta Ad campaigns.

 Implement on how to improve ad relevance scores on Meta platforms.

 Implement on how to increase conversion rates from meta ads within a stipulated time.

 Generate a maximum number of Leads/Sales per month through Meta Ad Campaigns

Qualifications:

 Proven experience in designing and managing Meta ad campaigns.

 Proven experience in managing Google ad campaigns.

 Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.

 Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate

actionable insights.

 Experience in digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and content

marketing.

 Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
