Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salon Manager based in the Greater Kolkata area. The Salon Manager will oversee the daily operations of the salon, manage staff, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing team schedules, conducting hiring processes, maintaining inventory, and addressing customer inquiries. The role will require establishing a welcoming environment while adhering to salon standards.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Cosmetology and Hair Care
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to oversee Hiring and team management processes
  • Leadership and organizational skills to manage daily operations
  • Experience working in the beauty or luxury services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is beneficial
