Company Description PAD Integrated Marketing and Communications is a South India focused brand solutions and media services company located in Hyderabad. Our main goal is to help brands cultivate a culture that creates unique, humane experiences and impacts their behavior. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving the agency's sales efforts, leading the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, fostering client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to support the agency’s growth and success. Key Responsibilities: 1. New Business Acquisition & Strategic Sales Planning:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans aligned with the agency's business objectives.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including emerging markets and potential clients.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to take strategic decisions. 2. Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.

- Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations. 3. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and objectives.

- Develop strategies to attract and acquire new clients, expanding the agency's client base.

- Address client issues and concerns promptly and effectively to maintain positive relationships. 4.

Sales Performance and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Senior management team.

- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. 5. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with the marketing, creative, and account management teams to ensure cohesive sales and marketing strategies.

- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate sales forecasting and budgeting.

- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align sales activities with overall agency goals. 6. Market and Industry Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry developments.

- Understand client needs and market demands to tailor sales strategies effectively.

- Keep informed about regulatory changes and industry best practices. 7.

Networking and Industry Engagement:

Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and build partnerships. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably within an agency or any media industry. - Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinking with a strong analytical mindset.

- Proven ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships.
