Account Executive / Accountant

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized female candidate with a background in commerce to manage our financial records, handle day-to-day accounting tasks, and support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate account balances.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and basic tax filings.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Support management in financial planning and budget preparation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Female candidates preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
