Position Overview: We are seeking a Public Relations (PR) AGENCY or Specialist who is passionate about our cause and can effectively amplify our communication to media outlets (digital and traditional) and the public..We would like them to have experience in creating and maintaining a positive public image for our organization by crafting compelling authored articles etc, organizing events, and leveraging media relationships to increase awareness and support for our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Secure media coverage for Miror’s initiatives, products, and events.
  • Press Releases and Communications: Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communications materials. Ensure consistent messaging across all public relations efforts.
  • Event Planning: Organize and coordinate press conferences, media events, and other promotional activities to enhance the visibility of Miror’s initiatives.
  • Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to protect and defend Miror’s reputation during challenging situations.
  • Social Media Engagement: Collaborate with the social media team to create engaging content and campaigns that align with our PR strategies. Monitor and respond to public and media inquiries on social platforms.
  • Brand Management: Ensure that all PR activities support and enhance Miror’s brand identity and values. Maintain a positive public image of the company.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare organizations, and community groups, to foster partnerships and collaborations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify PR opportunities and monitor industry trends. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance PR strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of PR campaigns and provide regular reports to management. Use data to refine and improve future PR efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or a similar role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with media and stakeholders.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about women's health and wellness.
