This includes working with business stakeholders to understand their needs and to develop solutions that meet those needs. The ServiceNow Developer will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing ServiceNow applications, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.If you want an exciting and rewarding career that is meaningful, consider joining our diverse team

Key Responsibilities:Design, architect, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions.Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications.Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues.Stay up to date on the latest ServiceNow features and functionality.Mentor and train junior ServiceNow developers.Contribute to the development and implementation of ServiceNow development standard and best practices.Working with a team of business analysts to identify and document business processes that can be automated using ServiceNow.Working with a team of IT Operations engineers to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems, such as monitoring and ticketing systems.Working with a user experience mindset to develop and deploy solutions for customers.Participating in agile planning ceremonies to help define and prioritize ServiceNow work for the upcoming sprint.Developing and testing ServiceNow solutions in accordance with the Agile methodology.Deploying and supporting ServiceNow solutions in a production environment.Monitoring ServiceNow performance and troubleshooting any issues that arise.Sharing knowledge and best practices with other team members through code reviews, pair programming, and training sessions.Must be self-directed with proven ability to make mature decisions supported by thorough data and process analysis.Mentor and train junior ServiceNow developers.

Qualifications & Experience:Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is a plusExperience with some of the following ServiceNow modules:Service PortalHR Service Delivery (HRSD)ServiceNow WorkspacesIT Service Management (ITSM)IIT Operations Management (ITOM)IT Asset Management (ITAM)Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Service CatalogExperience with Agile development methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and teamwork skillsExperience with ServiceNow integrationsExperience with ServiceNow reporting and analyticsExperience with ServiceNow scripting languagesExperience with ServiceNow performance tuning and optimizationExperience with ServiceNow family release upgradeExperience with ServiceNow CSDM frameworkExperience with ServiceNow security and complianceExperience with ServiceNow Workspace development a plusExperience delivering technology within a life science setting a plus
