Job Description :


We are looking for a seasoned Senior Software QA Engineer to ensure our projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of QA experience, with a proven track record in leading testing efforts on complex service projects. This role demands hands-on testing skills, a strategic mindset for QA methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies for complex projects to ensure product quality.


- Develop and maintain detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases based on client specifications and requirements.


- Execute both manual and automated tests, analyze results, report and track defects, and follow through with issues until resolution.


- Improve and advocate for QA best practices and processes within the team, including implementing advanced testing tools and methodologies.


- Manage testing schedules and ensure adherence to timelines and delivery milestones.


- Collaborate with software developers and project support teams to identify and resolve issues.


- Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated testing tools and frameworks to improve test efficiency and reliability.


- Mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance and knowledge.


- Ensure documentation of test results is thorough, understandable, and usable for all stakeholders.


- Provide leadership in troubleshooting and root cause analysis to drive system enhancements and improve operational efficiency.


- Remain up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies, and advocate for best practices in QA.


Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.


- 5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on service-oriented projects.


- Expertise in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA)


- Experience in an Agile/Scrum development process.


- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.


- Experience in a client-facing role or services-oriented environment


- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.


- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects under tight deadlines.
