Position Title: Sr Business Development Executive

Overview: We're seeking a dynamic Sr Business development Executive for our coworking segment, tasked for with driving seat occupancy. Key duties include identifying potential clients, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in B2B sales, preferably in the coworking industry. Key deliverables  

 

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, potential markets, and client needs.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments (such as marketing, product development, and operations) to ensure alignment of business goals.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and recommend strategies to respond effectively.

Reporting:

  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and forecasts.

 

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Manage various real estate development projects and internal improvement initiatives.
  • Implement metrics-driven reporting mechanisms to track project progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and resolve internal issues.
  • Keep the CEO informed about project status across our 25+ centres.

 

 

Minimum qualifications and Experience:  

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Senior Sales Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development strategies.
  • Minimum 6 years into Sales/ Pref- in Coworking segment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or relevant field; master's degree preferred.
