We are seeking a motivated experienced Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the dynamic needs of our organization. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and has a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 3-7 Years
Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Requirement Analysis and Planning:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and selection criteria.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Sourcing Candidates:
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Head-Hunting, employee referrals, and more to identify potential candidates.
- Proactively build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Candidate Screening and Selection:
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Building Relationships:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Innovative Recruitment Techniques:
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Experiment with new and creative sourcing methods to attract diverse talent pools.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain communication to keep them engaged.
- Recruitment Metrics:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Who will be a good fit:
-Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical and Non-Technical hiring)
-Familiarity with social media, resume databases and various professional networks
-Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques ( specifically head-hunting ) and evaluation methods
-A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
