Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for roles across various departments (sales, operations, tech, marketing, etc.).
Talent Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent from various channels (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, referrals, etc.).
Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and develop hiring strategies.
Data-Driven Recruitment: Maintain recruitment dashboards, track hiring metrics, and optimize the hiring process based on data.
Employer Branding: Contribute to Cars24’s employer branding by promoting our company culture and values across different channels.
Diversity Hiring: Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates and promote an inclusive work environment.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively look for ways to improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in recruiting for diverse roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze recruitment KPIs.
Knowledge of local labor laws (specific to the location: UAE/India).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the automotive or E-commerce.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Understanding of employer branding techniques and social media recruitment.
