Collaborate with sales managers to understand their needs and align the recruitment process accordingly.
Utilize job portals and career sites to source qualified candidates and build a talent pipeline.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and extend job offers to selected candidates.
Support in ATS & Career Site implementation to streamline recruitment processes.
Conduct the onboarding process for new hires to ensure positive integration.
Manage and promote Internal Job Postings (IJP) to encourage internal talent mobility and career growth opportunities.
Human Resources Business Partner
Support employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
Advise employees on HR-related issues and best practices.
Interpret HR metrics to identify areas for process improvements.
Support in performance management by assisting in goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
Handle exit management processes with professionalism and sensitivity.
Foster employee engagement through initiatives that promote a positive work culture and enhance team morale
Required Skillsets
Proficiency in manpower planning, workforce analysis, and recruitment processes.
Strong resume screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
Expertise in operating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and utilizing job portals for sourcing candidates.
Knowledge of sales hiring processes.
Post Graduation degree in HR, Business, or related field.
HR/recruitment certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
