Iskraemeco India Private Limited is urgently looking for Field Engineer/Support Engineer for Kolkata location.


Basic Qualification- ITI/Diploma/ Any Graduate having relevant experience

Experience Range -2 Yrs and above, Freshers not accepted

Job location -Kolkata (WFO, Site job)

Salary range -2-4 LPA maximum

Job Description:


• Research and identify solutions for software and hardware issues

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

• Quickly understand the root cause of the problem

• Track issues through registration to resolution, within agreed time limits

• Talk to clients until the reported technical issues are solved

• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

• Ensure all issues are properly logged

• Prepare accurate and timely reports

• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.


Mandatory Skills Required:


• Proven track record of supporting metering, AMI/AMR related project

• Experienced in handling power distribution utility’s IT enabled projects

• Full proficiency in Microsoft office for data handling and report generation
