about Job

As a Sourcing Talent Advisor / Recruiter , you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT talent to meet the client organization's technical staffing needs . You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, source candidates from various job boards. Your expertise in technology and strong communication skills will be essential in building a pipeline of qualified candidates.


  • Job Nature: Hybrid
  • Shift Timings: Day Shift (Monday to Friday)
  • Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore
  • Employment Type: 12-Month Contractual Role
  • Experience Required: 2+ years with strong IT sourcing skills
  • Necessary Skills: Strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, stakeholder management


Primary Responsibilities

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards ( LinkedIn : Is a must ) , social media, professional networks, and internal databases, to identify potential candidates.
  • Provide internal business teams with valuable information on IT market trends, salary benchmarks, and career advancement.
  • Proactively build a pipeline of IT professionals across various roles.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and ensure data integrity.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, contributing insights and staying informed about market developments.
  • Track key metrics to ensure efficient and high-quality recruitment outcomes.
  • Maintain transparent and consistent communication with all stakeholders.


Required Skill-Set & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2+ years of corporate experience, preferably in a staffing or HR environment.
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
