Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Delivery Experience: 5–6 years Location: Gurgaon About the Role We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead customer delivery projects end-to-end — from scope definition to go-live. The ideal candidate has experience in customer-facing delivery or implementation roles in SaaS/product companies , with strong project management, stakeholder management, and technical aptitude. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Scope & Requirements ManagementCollaborate with clients to define, document, and manage project scope, requirements, and success metrics. Act as the primary client point of contact to ensure alignment between expectations, deliverables, and timelines. Maintain all project artifacts, including scope documents, requirement trackers, and sign-offs. 2. End-to-End Project & Program ManagementLead project delivery across the lifecycle — planning, execution, testing, and go-live. Own project timelines, budgets, quality, and resource allocation. Track deliverables and milestones to ensure on-time, on-budget completion. 3. Business Process Mapping & DocumentationAnalyze and document client business processes, system workflows, and integrations. Work with Product Analysts and Solution Architects to define KPIs, personas, and data architecture. Review documentation, facilitate client sign-offs, and prepare approach notes for internal teams. Translate business requirements into UI/UX and functional specifications in collaboration with product and design teams. 4. Task & Issue ManagementManage builds, enhancements, and issue resolutions across delivery teams. Oversee QA/testing processes, conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCA), and ensure effective issue closure via ticketing systems. Drive prioritization and sprint planning in coordination with internal and client stakeholders. 5. Reporting & Cadence ManagementMaintain project plans, assign ownership, and track accurate ETAs for all workstreams. Publish weekly project reports covering progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Lead structured internal and client cadence meetings with documented MoMs and clear follow-ups. Qualifications 5–6 years of experience in project or program management roles in SaaS or technology product companies. Proven experience in customer-facing implementation or delivery projects. Strong skills in business process mapping, project governance, and client engagement. Proficiency with project management and issue-tracking tools (e.G., Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello). Familiarity with API documentation, system design, and data architecture concepts. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
