If you're a motivated and seasoned revenue manager with experience managing multiple properties, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our core management team in a rapidly growing business.
Your focus will be on driving revenue as well as scrutinizing the business strategically and making improvements.
The position is based out of our Delhi office with travel required to the UK.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a pricing plan to set the direction for monthly pricing, promotions, inventory optimization and explore new revenue opportunities.- Ensure hotel distribution is yielding maximum revenues- Anticipating the future performance of hotel’s key metrics - occupancy, ADR and RevPar.- Meeting the monthly/yearly revenue budgets- Implementation of new tools, systems, innovations, and processes across the group- Work cross departmental to influence sales and pricing strategies that are based on sound commercial judgement- Evaluate and revise business processes and systems to improve hotel market share and ensure revenue maximisation- Participation in commercial business reviews, budget preparations and completion of the commercial plan- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, marketing, finance) to drive business growth- Create and provide daily pick-up reports and monthly revenue reports for Senior management- Create, develop and train a team of junior revenue associates
Pre-requisites:
- Prior experience with reputed brands in revenue management field- Experience of handling revenue management of multiple hotels- A clear understanding of the hotel industry is necessary- Strong knowledge of PMS, RMS, channel managers and MS Office- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Being able to travel to the UK frequently- Detail oriented with a strong commercial acumen
