As an Account Manager/ Director your role will be pivotal in posi7oning the sales of Infinera solu7ons in various Telecom service provider accounts.
You are expected to
• Lead overall business strategy for said accounts and manage sales of solu7ons, products, services to ensure deeper reach into customers
• Manage account responsibili7es -Profitable revenue growth and crea7on and execu7on of strategic account plans.
• Facilitate Customer engagements and manage execu7ve level rela7onships across customers
• Use a consulta7ve approach to sell and work to earn trusted advisor status within customers for Infinera
• Develop strategic GTM strategy
• Collabarate closely with exis7ng sales, services, product line management and marke7ng teams ar7cula7ng Infinera leadership in Op7cal networking
• Manage and control the business through forecast accuracy , weekly status progress Following quali7es, Skills, and qualifica7ons are expected of the individual
• Proven rela7onship building skills
• Strong business acumen; in depth understanding of the competitive landscape.
• Communication expertise: Capability to articulate unique value propositions across various levels and persona of customer organisation
• Deep understanding of optical & IP technologies
• Analytical skills to develop various technology and business scenarios
• Commitment and dedication to learn
• Proven track record of strong engagement with Indian Telecom service providers
• Extensive Sales, Pre Sales, business development experience with Telecom OEMs/SI
• Business and Technical Communica7ons skills
• Execu7ve presence
• Program management experience to drive responses to RFQ/ RFP/RFI & Contracts
• Open to travel frequently
• Qualifica7on expected MBA or Technical Degree in Teleco
