Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between customer-facing teams, production, and external partners for Ecommerce, packaging, and product customization projects.- Create and maintain project schedules for Ecommerce product launches and customized packaging orders, ensuring all milestones are met and stakeholders are informed of progress.- Monitor and manage Ecommerce project timelines, ensuring smooth execution of orders, from product selection to packaging and delivery.- Develop a deep understanding of Customizable's products and services, including our customizable packaging solutions, to ensure accurate and effective communication with both customers and internal teams.- Coordinate multiple Ecommerce and packaging projects simultaneously, including the integration of product customization features, ensuring that all stages are executed smoothly.- Collaborate with internal and external teams (design, marketing, production, and vendors) to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.- Identify potential delays or risks in Ecommerce workflows and customized packaging processes, proactively developing solutions to maintain customer satisfaction and timely delivery.- Manage the ordering process, issue purchase orders, and track the status of purchased materials for customized product packaging.- Support internal teams during peak periods, helping with project coordination and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.- Attend Ecommerce and industry trend meetings, bringing back insights to improve project execution, especially in customized product offerings and packaging design.- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within project management and the customization process to enhance operational efficiency.- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- College degree in a relevant field such as project management, business operations, or a related discipline.- At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, ideally within Ecommerce, packaging, or customizable products industries.- Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms, including product customization and packaging workflows.- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details (e.g., product customizations, packaging designs) into actionable tasks for internal teams.- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.).- Experience with project management software, Google Docs, Google Sheets, or similar tools.- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced Ecommerce environment, ensuring deadlines are met.- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.- Passion for Ecommerce, packaging, and customization with a desire to work in an innovative and growing company.
