- Refine and manage an induction program that provides a thorough and engaging introduction to the company for new employees. Actively work to maintain and enhance the company’s Glassdoor rating to 4.5 and above. Effectively utilize a comprehensive Gift MIS system to track and resolve any discrepancies. Qualifications Some previous internship or work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an ability to prioritize timesensitive assignments. Creative and effective problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively.
