Job Type : Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Prospective Learners : Make outbound calls to connect with learners and understand their needs for online degree courses.
Provide Career Counselling : Suggest the most suitable courses that align with their career goals and guide them through the decision-making process.
Drive Enrollment s: Support learners in the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Manage CRM Records : Keep track of all interactions and updates systematically in the CRM.
Who Should Apply:
Freshers or candidates with 0-4 years of work experience.
Individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a knack for sales.
Candidates who can build trust-based relationships and have a customer-centric approach.
