Key Responsibilities - Identify and approach potential B2B customers (retail shops, event planners, hotels, decorators, mandir committees, etc.) in assigned areas. - Pitch Flower Mandi’s product range, pricing, and delivery benefits. - Generate leads, convert them into sales, and achieve weekly/monthly targets. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders. - Collect market insights on pricing, competitors, and demand trends. - Ensure timely order collection and coordination with operations team. - Maintain daily sales reports in Zoho (or CRM provided). Requirements - 1–3 years of field sales / direct sales experience (FMCG, agriculture, food supply, or similar). Freshers with high energy can also apply. - Strong communication in Hindi (English is a plus). - Good negotiation & persuasion skills. - Must be comfortable with field visits and daily customer interaction. - Basic smartphone knowledge (using WhatsApp, CRM app, maps).
