Job Overview:
We seek an experienced and result-driven Community Engagement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community engagement, lead generation, and developing impactful campaigns. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and hire area franchisees for RABS Prayas Tuition Centers, driving the expansion of our mission to provide quality education to children in need.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchisee Recruitment and Management:
Identify potential franchisees in targeted areas of India who are aligned with the organization's vision.
Lead the process of recruiting, interviewing, and hiring area franchisees to establish RABS Prayas Tuition Centers in underserved communities.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to ensure the successful operation of tuition centers.
Lead Generation and Campaign Development:
Develop and implement strategies to generate leads for potential franchisee seekers, focusing on individuals and organizations passionate about education.
Design and execute awareness campaigns, including webinars, workshops, and community events, to promote the RABS Prayas Tuition Centers' education and healthcare initiatives.
Community and Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government authorities, NGOs, and other stakeholders to foster partnerships and expand the organization's reach.
Serve as a liaison between the organization and local communities to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Marketing and Promotional Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content, aimed at promoting the franchisee model and the organization's mission.
Assist in creating content for social media platforms to enhance visibility and engagement within target communities.
Market Research and Data Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth in potential areas of expansion.
Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and outreach strategies and recommend improvements where necessary.
Reporting and Documentation:
Provide regular updates and detailed progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of franchisee recruitment activities, community engagements, and campaign outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in community engagement, lead generation, or a similar role in the nonprofit sector.
Proven experience in organizing awareness campaigns, community outreach programs, and/or recruitment initiatives.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse communities and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated experience in lead generation and developing successful recruitment strategies.
Proficient in market research and data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Experience in collaborating with marketing teams to create promotional content, both online and offline.
Solid understanding of social media platforms and content creation for digital outreach.
