We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking
SEO Specialist
to enhance our digital presence and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies, optimizing website performance, and ensuring our content aligns with evolving search engine standards and user behavior.

Key Responsibilities

Keyword Research & Strategy

●Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-potential opportunities.

●Evaluate competitiveness, search intent, and relevance to guide optimization efforts.

On-Page SEO Optimization

●Optimize meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures.

●Ensure content meets user needs while adhering to best practices and E-E-A-T standards.

Content & Collaboration

●Work with content, design, and marketing teams to implement SEO-friendly strategies.

●Optimize for readability, engagement, and new trends such as voice and visual search.

●Contribute to local and international SEO initiatives.

Technical SEO

●Audit websites to identify and resolve crawl issues, indexing challenges, Core Web Vitals, and mobile performance.

●Implement improvements related to structured data, schema markup, and multilingual optimization.

Off-Page SEO

●Develop ethical link-building strategies to strengthen website authority.

●Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and collaborations.

●Leverage guest posting, influencer engagement, and digital PR to improve brand visibility.

●Monitor external signals such as domain authority and online reputation.

Analytics, Reporting & ROI

●Track performance metrics such as traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and visibility.

●Prepare detailed reports with insights and improvement plans.

Adapting to SEO Trends

●Stay updated on algorithm changes, AI-driven search developments, and user behavior shifts.

●Continuously refine strategies to maintain competitive edge.

Qualifications

●Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.

●Strong understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and best practices.

●Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for SEO purposes.

●Analytical mindset with ability to convert insights into strategies.

●Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability.

Preferred:

●Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

●Certification in SEO or Digital Marketing.

●Experience managing both local and international SEO projects.
