The company operates in four key areas: Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) and Project Management services for infrastructure projects such as roads, highways, bridges, airports, railways, metros, power transmission, and tunneling; Development, operations, and maintenance of roads and highways through BOT and HAM models; Manufacturing activities including bitumen processing, thermoplastic road-marking paint, road signage, and electronic equipment; and the fabrication of galvanized metal crash barriers and OHE Mast.

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Senior Manager, located in Surat. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing multiple projects, coordinating with teams, ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The role also involves client interaction, resource planning, and preparing project reports.

Qualifications

  • Project Management, Budget Management, and Operations Management skills
  • Experience in Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) and Project Management services
  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and client interaction skills
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes in the infrastructure sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in managing infrastructure projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the infrastructure industry is a plus
