Job Title:

E-commerce Specialist (Amazon, Flipkart & Global Marketplaces)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and other international online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in marketplace operations, product listings, advertising, sales growth strategies, and cross-border e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Marketplace Management
  • • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other global e-commerce platforms (e.g., eBay, Walmart, Noon, Shopify, etc.).
  • • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, category guidelines, and local regulations.
  • • Product Listings & Content Optimization
  • • Create compelling product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and A+ content.
  • • Manage product images, videos, and other rich content for maximum conversion.
  • • Advertising & Promotions
  • • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, Sponsored Brands, etc.).
  • • Run promotions, deals, coupons, and marketing campaigns to boost visibility.
  • • Sales & Growth Strategy
  • • Develop marketplace-specific growth strategies and sales forecasts.
  • • Monitor KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion rates, ACOS, ROAS) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • • Inventory & Operations
  • • Coordinate with supply chain/warehouse teams to manage stock availability.
  • • Plan for FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon), Flipkart Smart Fulfilment, and cross-border fulfillment solutions.
  • • Analytics & Reporting
  • • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, ad performance, and growth trends.
  • • Provide actionable insights to management for decision-making.
  • • Global Expansion
  • • Identify new marketplace opportunities in emerging regions (US, EU, Middle East, Asia).
  • • Manage compliance requirements for international platforms.

Key Requirements:

  • • Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub (minimum 35 years).
  • • Hands-on experience with international platforms (eBay, Walmart, Noon, Lazada, Shopify, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • • Strong knowledge of SEO for marketplaces, keyword research, and listing optimization.
  • • Expertise in Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, and performance marketing tools.
  • • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools.
  • • Strong project management and cross-team coordination skills.
  • • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience in Pet Nutrition and Human nutrition is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • • Amazon Advertising Certification / Flipkart Marketplace training is a plus.
  • • Experience with global logistics, customs, and cross-border e-commerce operations.
