Job Location: India (Remote)
Job Overview:
The Systems Administrator, Microsoft Intune is responsible for managing and supporting the Microsoft Intune environment to ensure secure and efficient operation of mobile devices, desktops, and applications. This role involves collaborating with IT teams and providing hands-on support for device management, application deployment, and security compliance in line with Microsoft’s best practices.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Intune Management and Configuration:
o Administer and configure Microsoft Intune for enterprise device management (mobile, desktop, laptops).
o Deploy and manage device compliance policies and configuration profiles.
o Support software distribution, updates, and patch management using Intune.
• Security and Compliance:
o Implement security policies within Intune to meet organizational data protection standards.
o Collaborate with security teams to address security incidents affecting managed devices.
o Conduct routine audits of policies and configurations.
• Application Management:
o Deploy and update applications via Intune, ensuring minimal user disruption.
o Track and maintain deployed applications, including version control and licensing.
• Device Enrollment and Management:
o Oversee device enrollment processes and resolve related issues.
o Manage device lifecycle activities, including retirement and data wiping.
• Monitoring and Reporting:
o Monitor the performance of the Intune environment and generate compliance reports.
o Identify and address issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Documentation and Training:
o Maintain accurate documentation for configurations and procedures.
o Provide basic training to end-users and IT staff on Intune best practices.
• Collaboration and Support:
o Work with IT infrastructure and network teams to maintain integrated device management.
o Provide second-level support for escalated Intune-related issues.

Job Requirements:
• Education
o Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Experience
o Experience: 3-5 years of experience in IT with a focus on Microsoft Intune and device management.
o Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate preferred.
• Skills/Competencies
o Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and related technologies (Azure AD, Conditional Access).
o Experience with Windows Autopilot and PowerShell scripting.
o Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Capabilities
o Administer and configure Microsoft Intune for enterprise device management (mobile, desktop, laptops).
o Deploy and manage device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and software updates.
o Implement security policies in Intune to meet data protection standards.
o Collaborate with security teams on incident management and perform policy audits.
o Deploy, update, and maintain applications with minimal disruption.
o Oversee device enrollment, lifecycle management, retirement, and data wiping.
o Monitor Intune performance and generate compliance and security reports.
o Maintain documentation for configurations and provide basic training to IT staff and end-users.
