Role: MDM & Intune Administrator
Experience Range: 5 – 8 Years
Location: Chennai |Bangalore|Hyderabad
Must-Have:
- Strong knowledge in MS Intune, Azure, SCCM
- Managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Microsoft Intune deployments
- Handling incidents P1 to P4 related to Intune and MDM related
- Providing advanced support for mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), and endpoint protection.
- Should have detailed knowledge on Patching and Deployment
- Periodic updates to the Customer IT and Business stakeholders
- Work with 3rd Party vendors in as needed.
- Ensure proper closure of the Incidents in the Customer ITSM system
- Ensure All devices are in compliance as agreed with customer.
Good-to-Have:
- SCCM
- PowerShell scripting
Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role :
- Intune Engineer L2 SME (min exp 4 years) Strong knowledge in MS Intune, Azure, SCCM is responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Microsoft Intune deployments.
- The role involves providing advanced support for mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), and endpoint protection.
- Should have detailed knowledge on Patching and Deployment, should have worked on Intune and supported MDM. Ensure Operational Excellence, Identify the opportunity for resilience.
- Suggest process improvements, as needed.
