What you can look forward to as Senior Engineer:

  • Manufacturing lines & utility maintenance; Breakdown handling, monitoring, and analysis. Usage of maintenance tools for KPI tracking.
  • Preventive, Predictive maintenance planning and adherence; Maintenance of CNC, VMC, hydraulic & pneumatic press, PLC programming etc.
  • Maintenance of Electrical and Utility system; Establish and Follow requirement of ISO/ TS 16949, OHSAS, EMS system within department; Execute and maintain BMS.
  • Modification of PLC Programming, repair, and rectification; Fluent handling of Plc troubleshooting. Programming softwares e.g. Siemens: Simatic manager, TIA Portal, microwin 32, to handle S7-200 & S7-300 ,400 Plc, S7-1200 onwards series to handle via TIA portal. Including hardware & software programming & trouble shoot.
  • Mitsubishi plc: FX 3U & FX 5 u series plc handling via GX developer and GX works with HMI GOT software; Repair and rectifications related to Networking and electronic controllers. Record of utility area readings & analysis. Active participation in preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, planning with execution & adhere to in given time frame.
  • Drive 5s, Kaizen, monthly spares monitoring, update maintenance logbook & DBMS. Systematic way to attend all type of breakdowns and follow the safe procedure on day-to-day activity, must be able to read all circuit diagrams.
  • Pneumatics & hydraulic breakdowns & its circuitry & its maintenance, Maintenance of utility e.g. generator, compressor, STP & ETP, DM/RO plant.

Your Profile as Senior Engineer:

  • Education B.E. / diploma
  • Overall having 7+ years of experience in Plant Maintenance / Breakdown / Preventive / Predictive Maintenance Planning
  • Specialization of Electrical
  • Professional Certification - PLC programming siemens, Mitsubishi, schneider.
