✈️ Airport Operations & Aviation Training Lead ???? *Apply Here* Ad4b N1 F33 FC5 Q7 T8 About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Airport Operations & Aviation Training Lead to head our academic and practical training activities in the field of Airport Operations, Ground Handling, and Aviation Management . The role involves mentoring students, coordinating with industry partners, ensuring DGCA/BCAS/regulatory compliance, and driving excellence in aviation education and operations. Key Responsibilities Lead, plan, and execute all airport operations and aviation management training programs under the institution. Design, review, and update training modules for airport operations, ground handling, ramp management, cargo, security, and passenger services. Deliver engaging theoretical and practical sessions for diploma, degree, and certification programs. Supervise training operations at partner airports, airlines, and ground handling agencies. Coordinate with industry experts, regulatory authorities, and corporate partners for internships, industry visits, and placement tie-ups. Ensure alignment of training outcomes with DGCA, BCAS, and IATA standards. Mentor students and junior faculty in developing strong technical and operational understanding. Collaborate with academic and digital teams for LMS content, practical simulations, and examination assessments. Represent the academy at industry events, seminars, and educational forums. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Aviation Management / Airport Operations / MBA (Aviation) or related field. 5+ years of experience in airport or airline operations, ground handling, or aviation training. Strong understanding of airport terminal management, ramp operations, and ground services workflow. Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills. Prior teaching, training, or academic coordination experience will be an advantage. Ability to develop course materials, manage training schedules, and mentor students effectively. Why Join Us?
