Thorough understanding of Operations & Service Delivery concepts, with a proven track record of delivering results - Strong leadership skills and ability to ensure the team understands deliverables and business requirements - Strong people management skills with the ability to set/ get alignment toward a direction - Design an effective service delivery model, align systems and resources - To formulate plans/ practices that enable the team to maximize their output in terms of productivity and accuracy. - Good understanding of IT Hardware & Networking products like Surveillance System, ACS, Fire Alarm Systems, Smart Cities, PA Systems, BMS, and other electronic perimeter securities. - Assessing the structure and procedures and tweaking these, where necessary to ensure that objectives are matched - Hosting regular meetings with Projects and Support team to discuss the plans and address concerns.Requirement- Proven working experience in Operations - Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills with aptitude for building relationships with professionals of organizations. - Assertive and clear style of communication.Education Qualification- Qualification- BE/ M.Sc. (EC) / (IT) with a Minimum 10+ years of experience in Operations - MBA/ PMP certification would be preferred.
