Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager located in Mumbai. He/She will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to social media marketing, content creation, digital marketing, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and .- Create engaging and creative content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and leverage them to enhance brand presence.- Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall business goals.- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.- Manage social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI.- Work with influencers to create content and boost brand awareness.- Establish and manage brand collaboration tie-ups across social media platforms. - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Skills and Experiences:

2+ years of social media marketing experienceProficient in platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, , YouTubeKnowledge of social media and analytics software (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)Strong ability to analyze performance while maintaining a creative approachSkilled in using social media platforms, insights, and dashboardsMultitasking abilities and comfortable working in a start-up environment
