Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager at Kadkraft Systems .The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, including developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, conducting sales meetings, and achieving sales targets.

Will be required to develop the regional sales team.

QualificationsHaving minimum 12-15 years of sales experience in design and engineering software industryProven experience in B2B sales and account managementExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong understanding of engineering design and simulation softwareAbility to travel within the region as neededExperience in the manufacturing industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
