Our offerings power healthcare access and engagement for millions of lives through corporates, insurers, TPAs, Banks and digital ecosystems.We are now scaling ourAffinity Business —a strategic growth vertical focused on distributing health & wellness benefits via partner channels such as insurance companies, banks, loyalty platforms, and HRMS providers.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and highly networkedHead of Affinity Businessto lead our efforts in building distribution partnerships. This role is responsible for developing and scaling revenue through affinity channels by selling Truworth healthcare offerings, including wellness packages, OPD benefits, and digital health services.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record inBancassurance or Partnership Sales , particularly within health/life/general insurance ecosystems, and should bring deep expertise in working with CXOs and business heads of banks, insurers, and B2B platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Strategic Sales : Build and execute a robust go-to-market strategy for the Affinity channel (B2B2C, embedded health, cross-sell partnerships).Own Revenue Goals : Meet or exceed sales targets through successful onboarding and growth of partner relationships.Channel Development : Identify, pitch, and close new partnerships with insurance companies, banks, NBFCs, HRMS players, loyalty platforms, and fintechs.Partner Engagement : Work closely with senior stakeholders in partner organizations to co-create health benefit offerings tailored to their customer base.Product Packaging : Collaborate with internal teams to design, price, and position products appropriately for distribution channels.Team Building : Build a high-performing sales team as the vertical scales and expand across geographies or partner clusters.Reporting & Insights : Deliver pipeline visibility, sales forecasts, and market insights to the leadership team.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum12+ yearsof experience in strategic sales or partnerships, withat least 5 years in a senior roleinBancassurance, B2B insurance, or health partnerships .Strong understanding of distribution dynamics in insurance, banking, or loyalty ecosystems.Proven ability to influence and engage senior leadership (CXOs/Partnership Heads) in partner organizations.Experience in launching or scaling affinity business lines in health insurance, fintech, or digital health will be preferred.Demonstrated success in high-value deal closures and account management.Key AttributesEntrepreneurial mindset with strong execution focusRelationship-driven, persuasive, and strategic thinkerDeep understanding of the healthcare or insurance ecosystemStrong communication and negotiation skillsData-oriented approach to sales and partnerships
