Role: IBM BPM DeveloperExperience: 5+ yearsLocation: BangaloreNotice period: Imd joiner or Serving noticeJD:Education- Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)Experience- Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM BPM development- Must have good experience of developing complex processes- Must have experience in developing End to End solution- Must have good experience on consuming REST APIsTechnical Skills- Should be expert in IBM BPM 8.6 UI framework- Should be experienced in CSHS and integration services- Should be experienced with BPD design- Should have knowledge on process application deployments- Should have experience on Oracle RDBMS and integration with IBM BPM- Advance knowledge on events and gateways- Should have knowledge on ODM and integration with BPM- Should be expert in exception handelling at process and service level.Functional Skills- Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred- Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices- Experience in Agile methodology- Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization- Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologiesSoft Skills- Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectivenessby sharingdeep knowledge and experience.- Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization- Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
