Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled
IBM BPM Developer
with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex business process solutions using IBM BPM 8.6. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in BPM process modeling, integrations, and UI framework, along with a solid understanding of REST APIs and Oracle RDBMS. Experience in Banking, Financial, or Fintech domains will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement
    complex business processes
    using IBM BPM 8.6.
  • Develop
    end-to-end solutions
    , including user interfaces, integrations, and data handling.
  • Consume and integrate
    RESTful APIs
    within BPM applications.
  • Create and manage
    BPDs (Business Process Definitions)
    ,
    CSHS (Client-Side Human Services)
    , and
    Integration Services
    .
  • Handle
    process application deployments
    across environments.
  • Integrate IBM BPM with
    Oracle RDBMS
    and
    ODM (Operational Decision Manager)
    .
  • Implement
    robust exception handling
    at both process and service levels.
  • Leverage
    events and gateways
    to design dynamic and flexible process flows.
  • Participate in
    Agile development cycles
    and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Conduct
    unit testing
    , documentation, and ensure application quality and performance.
  • Research and benchmark new technologies to ensure use of best-in-class tools and approaches.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in
    IBM BPM 8.6 UI Framework
    .
  • Strong experience in
    CSHS
    ,
    Integration Services
    , and
    BPD Design
    .
  • Knowledge of
    ODM integration
    with BPM.
  • Experience with
    Oracle RDBMS
    and BPM integration.
  • Advanced understanding of
    events, gateways, and exception handling
    .
  • Familiarity with
    process application deployments
    and version management.

Functional Skills:

  • Domain experience in
    Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech
    preferred.
  • Strong understanding of
    Agile methodologies
    and
    SDLC processes
    .
  • Adherence to
    best coding, security, testing, and documentation standards
    .
  • Ability to ensure
    technical and architectural quality
    across applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Technology
    , or related field.
