Job Description - Experience · Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM BPM development · - Must have good experience of developing complex processes. - · Must have experience in developing End to End solution. - · Must have good experience on consuming REST APIs Technical Skills · - Should be expert in IBM BPM 8.6 UI framework. - · Should be experienced in CSHS and integration services. - · Should be experienced with BPD design. - · Should have knowledge on process application deployments. - · Should have experience on Oracle RDBMS and integration with IBM BPM · - Advance knowledge on events and gateways · Should have knowledge on ODM and integration with BPM. - · Should be expert in exception handling at process and service level. - Functional Skills · Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred. · Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices. · Experience in Agile methodology · Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization · Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies Soft Skills · Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience. · Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization. · Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management. Mandatory Skills ✔ Strong expertise in IBM BPM Developer ✔ Practical experience building business process models ✔ Hands-on experience with BPM workflows and integration services ✔ Good knowledge of BPM Integration Developer ✔ Knowledge of Technical Architect ✔ Experience with CSHS & Oracle database integration.
