Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Yoshino Energy Pvt. Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth in the renewable energy sector. This is a full-time position based in Rourkela, with a salary range of (Insert Salary Range) per year. Join us and be a part of our mission to create a greener and more sustainable future.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry trends
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as required

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Drive sales growth by achieving revenue targets and expanding the customer base
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations to clients, showcasing our renewable energy solutions
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
- Stay updated with industry developments and emerging renewable energy technologies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
