Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Xactly Incent Admin at Revenueist AI, located on-site in Gurugram. The Xactly Incent Admin will be responsible for administering and managing the Xactly Incent platform, ensuring accurate incentive compensation calculation, and maintaining data integrity. This role involves working closely with sales, finance, and HR teams to support and optimize incentive-related workflows, providing reporting and analytics, and troubleshooting system issues.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Finance
- Experience in Administrative Assistance
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Familiarity with the Xactly Incent platform or other incentive compensation tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
