Position Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter - Fresher to join our recruitment team. As an HR Recruiter, you will assist in identifying, attracting, and hiring the right talent to support the company's hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and other platforms to identify potential candidates. Candidate Screening: Review resumes and assist in conducting initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates. Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and addressing their inquiries. Database Management: Update and maintain candidate profiles and records in the recruitment database. Learning & Development: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and industry best practices. Market Insights: Stay informed about recruitment trends and tools to enhance the hiring process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and social media platforms. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
