Effective Communication and customer service are key functions of the brand. A Customer Relationship Manager represents the brand to its customer base.
Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
Handle Customer Queries on various channels; social media, email, WhatsApp, Calls, etc.
Develop an understanding of the product, Brand USP, and sale policies to handle queries effectively.
Order Support: Handle customer queries with regards to their order placed.
Sale Support: Assist before the order is placed. Send catalog, and assist in order creation and payment links.
Return Support Management, Handle customer queries concerning returns and refunds. Process refunds on payment gateway.
Take regular customer feedback
Prepare customer assessment reports.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills and command of English.
Experience in fashion merchandising is preferred, to understand the product better.
PR skills.
Quick decision maker.
Ability to calmly handle situations when customers are stressed or upset.
