Location: IndoreExperience: 1–3 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeMarkets: US, Europe & Gulf Region⭐ About the CompanyWe are a fast-growing IT Services, AI Solutions, and Voice Agent Technology company helping global businesses scale through automation, custom software, and AI-driven workflows.To accelerate our growth, we are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist with strong experience in identifying and qualifying international prospects across US, Europe & Gulf markets.⭐ About the RoleThe ideal candidate is an outbound-driven, tech-savvy professional who can generate high-quality B2 B leads using Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, email outreach, cold campaigns, and prospecting tools.You must have proven success generating leads for IT, software development, AI, or Saa S companies.Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting- Generate qualified B2 B leads across US, Europe, and GCC markets.- Use tools like Apollo.io, Linked In Sales Navigator, Lusha, Zoom Info, Hunter, etc.- Build targeted prospect lists based on ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles).- Run high-conversion outbound email sequences and Linked In outreach campaigns.- Identify decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, HR Heads, Tech Directors, CIOs).-Email & Linked In Outreach- Create and execute personalized cold email campaigns.- Manage outreach sequences using Apollo, Instantly, or similar tools.- Send daily Linked In connection requests, messages, and follow-ups.- Optimize messaging for higher open rates, reply rates, and conversions.Market Research & Data Enrichment- Research companies in IT, AI, Saa S, tech startups, and outsourcing segments.- Collect verified contact details and enrich leads using advanced tools.- Maintain CRM hygiene and update all lead activities accurately.Collaboration & Reporting- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule demos and meetings.- Report weekly/monthly lead numbers, conversion rates, and pipeline progress.- Provide insights on market trends across US/EU/Gulf regions.Required Skills & Experience- 1–3 years of experience in international B2 B lead generation.- Strong experience with:- Linked In Sales Navigator- Apollo.io- Lusha- Email finding tools (Hunter, Snov, Clearbit, Zoom Info)- Proven track record in generating leads for:- IT services- Software development- AI / Voice Tech / Saa S- Excellent written English for email outreach.- Strong understanding of US, European, and Middle Eastern markets.- Ability to meet daily/weekly/monthly lead targets consistently.⭐ Good to Have- Experience working with AI service providers, RPO, voice agent companies, or IT outsourcing firms.- Familiarity with CRM tools like Hub Spot, Pipedrive, or Zoho.- Knowledge of basic sales funnels, ICPs, and buyer personas.Benefits- Performance-based incentives- Work with global clients in emerging AI and automation industries- Growth opportunities in sales, business development & client acquisition- Fast-paced, innovative work environment
