Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager - Marketing (E-Commerce) to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize our online marketplace sales platforms, conduct in-depth research, implement effective strategies, and track performance data to drive growth. You will work closely with the senior team to ensure our e-commerce initiatives align with our brand's vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize listings on various online marketplace sales platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market presence on e-commerce platforms.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers to drive traffic and sales.
Maintain and update product information, images, and descriptions to ensure accuracy and appeal.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the e-commerce space.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
Handle customer inquiries and issues related to online sales in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
0 - 2 years of work experience post graduation (on date of application)
Prior experience with selling on amazon & usage of amazon seller central is a plus
Basic understanding of online marketplace platforms and e-commerce
Proficient in data analysis and using tools like Excel, Google Analytics etc.,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
